Mario was excellent. He showed up very quickly to assist us with our locked car where the keys were in the trunk. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His car was marked so we knew it was him when he was pulling up. His prices are very reasonable. He quickly got the car unlocked in a safe manner but we were having trouble unlocking the trunk as many cars have a security feature where the trunk locks if the keys are inside. He hung around after we tried for a while and finally got the trunk to open thanks to his expertise. Don’t hesitate to call this company for any locksmith needs!! 5 stars!! ~ Taylor B

What a great business this is. I called two different locksmiths before finding locks-R-Us, and when I did call, the technician was to my house in less than 20 minutes. This was very important in my situations. My experience with this locksmith was completely wonderful. The locksmith also didn't seem to mind my children running around like crazy people. He was quick, courteous, and his pricing was 100% reasonable and then some. I would highly recommend seeking out Locks-R-Us for any situation. I would not go anywhere else. If you’re locked out if your car or house, call Mario. I called numerous other companies who claimed to service the area, but all of them either never called me back or stated they didn’t serve Franklin County (even though they advertise they do). Most of them use answering services and you can’t even speak to someone from the company. When I called Mario, he answered the phone himself, gave his price and ETA, and arrived exactly on time. He got me back in my house late at night quickly and for a fair price given the late hour. I would definitely recommend. ~ John W
