What a great business this is. I called two different locksmiths before finding locks-R-Us, and when I did call, the technician was to my house in less than 20 minutes. This was very important in my situations. My experience with this locksmith was completely wonderful. The locksmith also didn't seem to mind my children running around like crazy people. He was quick, courteous, and his pricing was 100% reasonable and then some. I would highly recommend seeking out Locks-R-Us for any situation. I would not go anywhere else. Mario was excellent. He showed up very quickly to assist us with our locked car where the keys were in the trunk. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His car was marked so we knew it was him when he was pulling up. His prices are very reasonable. He quickly got the car unlocked in a safe manner but we were having trouble unlocking the trunk as many cars have a security feature where the trunk locks if the keys are inside. He hung around after we tried for a while and finally got the trunk to open thanks to his expertise. Don’t hesitate to call this company for any locksmith needs!! 5 stars!! ~ Taylor B

If you’re locked out if your car or house, call Mario. I called numerous other companies who claimed to service the area, but all of them either never called me back or stated they didn’t serve Franklin County (even though they advertise they do). Most of them use answering services and you can’t even speak to someone from the company. When I called Mario, he answered the phone himself, gave his price and ETA, and arrived exactly on time. He got me back in my house late at night quickly and for a fair price given the late hour. I would definitely recommend. ~ John W

We closed on our home yesterday and all of the locks had different keys. Everything was really hectic with closing as first time home buyers, but Mario took care of all the locks for us and it was the least stressful part of getting the house. He explained everything he was doing to us and had us test the locks ourselves to make sure we were happy with the job. Mario was super friendly and also very professional. My back door lock was broken and I called Locks R Us. I was worried I would have to buy a whole new lock. The technician, Tamer, came out very quickly and reassured me that he could fix it. He was very polite and answered all of my questions. It was amazing, he fixed my lock and gave me new keys within 15 minutes. They were also very reasonably priced and saved me a ton of money. I lost my car keys (chip keys...) over the weekend. This was near Farmington, and no local company would help me till Monday. I needed them Sunday. With my fingers crossed, I called Locks R Us. They agreed to make the drive, and arrived exactly on time. It wasn't cheap but the price was fair, and Mario made the job look easy. Our front door deadbolt broke and we couldn’t open the door. Mario was at my house within about twenty minutes of my call. He removed the interior of the old lock and was able to replace it without me having to buy an entire new keypad lock. Mario was pleasant and professional. He took the time to test the new lock and make sure I knew how to lock unlock it with the number pad. Having a horrible day, the last thing I needed was to lock my keys inside the house. I called all around and locks r us were the only ones who understood my situation and worked with me. They got to my house within 20 minutes and got my door open in seconds. Highly recommend them to anyone who is locked out of their home or car. Definitely will use in future. I called on a Saturday morning and he was to my house within the hour, answered my questions, was quick and efficient, even told me my old lock was an expensive one and that I may want to hold on to it for other areas it places. The guy showed up on time and charged whatever he agreed to. He looked at the lock and informed me how insecure my lock was. He tried and said he had to break but I didn't want that. Before him, one guy from different service showed up and realised that he couldn't unlock it and left. But this guy took his time and got me in without breaking it.! This guy have got brains..!! I am giving five stars because Locks-R-US provided the best and the most professional services I was expecting from a service campany. I simply wanted to change the locks on my business front and back doors. When I asked my neighbour for recommendations, he suggested to call Lock-R-US. Locked all my stuff in my car like a big dummy, right in the middle of trying to move to a new condo. Was in a panic, but luckily the first Google search I found was Mario at Locks R Us. He was there in fifteen minutes, used some inflatable type window gear which posed no possibility of damage to the car, and charged me a reasonable price for the job. Great service. I just moved into a new place in St. Charles and and was having problems with my locks. I called “Locks R Us” and Mario was a very nice and professional guy. He saved me a lot of money because I was trying to change the locks and he said there is no reason to change the locks because they’re still in good condition. So he rekeyed the lock for me. Great company! Mario is very professional, fair priced, and very knowledgeable. He showed and explained how I was scammed last time I changed my locks by a different company.
